Children die in cold areas of the upper Peru.

In many towns near to the cities of Cuzco, Puno, Huanuco and others of the Peru's high mountains regions, has been a wave of low-temperature therefore childreen have been affected with problems of breathing and bronchi.

There are almost 200 children who have died from the cold and under the curel indifference of the government.
